supervised throughout the workout, exercises are done with correct form and
you progress without injury. This supervision is important particularly if
you have a medical condition, injury, or are new to exercise. Personal

possible to achieve safe, effective results you may have previously thought

What Is Body Works?
Body Works is a half-hour session with a trainer designed to stretch and
relax sore muscles and relieve joint aches. You relax while the trainer does
all the work! This is a great way to pamper yourself after a workout or help
stretch out problem areas.

The cost of personal training varies depending on the number of sessions
